Shaving Glass with Etched Faces




Unusual intricately detailed glass cup with 2 men's faces on either side. Purple tint is due to the high magnesium content of the glass. I believe this to be made in the early 1900's, because in 1915 most glass companies ceased to use magnesium and substituted selenium as the clearing agent. Please note that there are a few little bubbles/chips inside the glass.
